Tufted Roller Brushes

Custom-Tufted Roller Brushes: Personalized Solutions for Industrial Finishing and Cleaning

Excellence in Tufting: Engineered Roller brushes for Machinery and industrial plants

Tufted roller brushes are a crucial component for countless industrial applications, from cleaning and surface finishing to deburring and substance application. Our company is committed to providing resellers, machine builders, and professionals with brushing solutions that guarantee precision and reliability.

We specialize in the production of completely custom-made tufted roller brushes. Unlike standard products, every roller we produce is engineered to integrate perfectly with the specifications of your system or machinery, ensuring unparalleled operational efficiency.

Technical Composition and Anchorage: Strength and Durability

The design of our tufted roller brushes ensures robustness and consistent performance:

  • Core (Brush Body): The roller brush consists of a core made from high-strength mechanical plastic. This body, manufactured to tight tolerances, is the foundation for secure filament anchorage and perfect dynamic balance.
  • Tuft Anchorage: The safety and durability of roller brushes depend on the secure fixing of the filaments. The tufts are firmly anchored inside the plastic brush body using metal staples (or anchors), a proven method that prevents premature shedding.

Custom Tufting: Optimal Geometry for Every Application

The true differentiation of our tufted roller brushes lies in the possibility of customizing the tufting pattern.

We can manufacture roller brushes with custom tufting configuration:

  • Tuft Arrangement: Staggered, in-line, helical (spiral) or helicoidal configuration.
  • Tuft Size: The quantity of filament per single tuft directly influences the surface hardness and of the brush.
  • Distance Between Tufts (Pitch): The space between tufts regulates the brushing density and the roller’s ability to discharge debris during operation.

Filament Types: From Natural Fibers to Synthetic Abrasives

To ensure maximum effectiveness on every surface – from metal to wood, plastic to textile – we offer a vast range of technical filaments, available upon request for tufting:

  • Synthetic Abrasive Filaments: Abrasive Nylon in various grit sizes, ideal for satin finishing, surface finishing, and deburring.
  • Metallic Wires: Brass-coated Steel, Corded Steel (also known as Strand Steel or Hard Strand Steel for heavy and aggressive processing), Stainless Steel. Perfect for cleaning, rust, and slag removal.
  • Synthetic Wires: Nylon, Polypropylene (PP), PBT. Used for washing, light cleaning, conveying, and where chemical resistance is required. In addition filament Polyester PBT Metal Detectable is available on request.
  • Natural and Animal Fibers: Tampico (for polishing and wax application), Horsehair (for delicate finishing and polishing).

B2B Quality: Dynamic Balance and Reliability

The performance of a roller brush on an industrial plant depends on its stability. All our rollers undergo rigorous quality control and are perfectly dynamically balanced.

This process is fundamental for:

  • Preventing Vibrations: Reducing premature wear on the roller and machine components.
  • Ensuring Maximum Efficiency: Allowing for higher operating speeds and a homogenous surface finish.

Rely on our expertise to get tufted rollers that not only meet your dimensional specifications but elevate the quality standard of your production line.
