Our Fickert and Frankfurt models feature a classic standard-sized plastic base engineered for maximum stability during continuous grinding cycles. They are tufted with high-performance filaments:

  • Silicon Carbide or Diamond Abrasive Nylon: Ideal for enhancing marble veining, highlighting stone texture, or creating soft-touch finishes on ceramics.
  • Steel and Metal Wire: Perfect for aggressive material removal and pronounced antiqued effects.

The high tufting density ensures even wear across the tool, maintaining consistent finishing quality throughout the entire life of the brush.

Circular Edge Polishing Brushes: Versatility and Grit Sizes

Circular edge polishing brushes offer maximum modularity for finishing edges, profiles, and flat surfaces on marble and advanced ceramics:

  • Silicon Carbide: Grits ranging from 24 to 1000, suitable for coarse stock removal up to fine satin finishing.
  • Diamond Filament: Grits ranging from 24 to 1000 for high-precision processing on hard stone and porcelain stoneware.
  • Rubber Pins: Grits ranging from 46 to 1000 for delicate and highly uniform finishes.
  • Metals and Synthetics: Steel (stranded, brass-coated, stainless steel), nylon, ceramic-coated wire, aluminum oxide, and non-woven fabric (Scotch-Brite).

Configurations and Fitting Attachments

Fully compatible with major automatic and manual machinery for marble and stone processing, these brushes are available with various mounting options:

  • Diameters 100 – 120 – 140 mm: M14, Snail Lock, 5/8”, Terzago, and Anchor fittings.
  • Diameter 250 mm: 50 mm bore, Magnetic fitting, or Velcro backing.
