Subject: Privacy Notice on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 of Reg. 2016/679/EU.
We hereby inform you that our company processes your personal data. This processing is carried out in compliance with the criteria set forth by the European General Data Protection Regulation, Reg. 2016/679/EU (hereinafter G.D.P.R.), as well as any other national legislation, provisions, or authorizations issued by the competent Authority. According to the aforementioned regulations, processing must be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your privacy and rights.

2) Purpose of Data Collection: The collected data will be used for the following purposes:
a. Sending requested information, for which express consent is not required (Art. 6.1 letter a), G.D.P.R.);
b. Commercial marketing, for which express consent is required (Art. 6.1 letters a) and f), G.D.P.R.).
3) Methods:: Personal data are processed by the Controller and duly appointed Data Processors for the correct fulfillment of the purposes indicated in point 2). Processing is carried out via electronic and digital tools as well as paper archives, using security measures designed to guarantee confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access.
4) Communication:: Data may be communicated to duly appointed internal and external parties performing activities on behalf of the Data Controller. No communication to non-EU third countries is planned, and no dissemination (e.g., social networks, websites, etc.) will occur. The Data Controller does not rely solely on automated decision-making processes to achieve the purposes of this notice and does not perform profiling.
5) Retention: The Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes, and in any case for no more than 2 years following the termination of the relationship.
6) Rights of the Data Subject: The data subject has the right to request access to their personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or to object to the processing, in addition to the right to data portability. Requests may be submitted via email, PEC (Certified Email), or registered mail with the subject: “Request by the data subject,” specifying the right to be exercised (erasure, rectification, portability, right to be forgotten), along with a valid email/PEC address for the response. The Data Controller shall satisfy the request within 30 days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by an additional 30 days, subject to timely notification to the data subject. If you wish to assert your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (the Italian Data Protection Authority – Garante Privacy), located at Piazza Venezia, 11 – 00187 Rome, email: garante@gpdp.it.
