Brushes for industrial plant realized on project

Brushes intended to come in contact with food are produced with raw materials that fulfill requirements established by regulations of the European Union and of United States.

Filaments used to produce brushes intended come in contact with food are the following:

• Nylon 6.6: it is characterized by great resistance and stiffness, thank to low thermal expansion. It is suitable for working in moist and wet environments.
• Nylon 6.12: it is a tough filament, it is resistant to abrasion and it is characterized by very low moisture absorption, for this reason it is the best solution for applications in presence of water and tough operating conditions.
• PBT – its advantage is a good combination of stiffness, hardness and durability.
